Customer Service
Our customer service phone line is open Monday to friday, 4.30pm to 6.00pm. Calls are charged at the local call rate.

Prices
The price of all goods offered by us is the actual price you (the customer) pay Plus any Postage and packing. FREE 1st class Royal mail UK delivery on over £15 orders and above mobile-phone-batteries.eu have to change the price before accepting the order and taking any monies, we will automatically give you (the customer) the option to cancel your order placed if the price has changed at all.

Ways of paying
We accept all the major credit/debit cards online (Except Solo & American Express)

Incorrectly Ordered and unused goods

If you make an error when ordering your goods You Must Contact us A.S.A.P By email or ring us to change or return your order.

Delivery

Unless we have agreed a longer time with you (the customer),
We will deliver goods within 30 days( Normally within 48hrs.).
If we cannot deliver within this time we will tell the you (the customer) immediately
and, with your agreement, arrange another time for delivery.
If we cannot agree another time for delivery, you (the customer) will be offered a refund.

Please Note: If the goods are not received within 2 weeks of the order date.
Please let us know A.S.A.P. so any claim can be started. If you don't inform us by 28 days of ordering the goods,
delivery will be counted as completed and no claims or refund will be allowed

Faulty goods

We provide the option of a full refund, within a reasonable time, if the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those the consumer ordered. We will give all refunds as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund, taking into account the original method of payment. This does not affect your statutory rights

Cancellation

A telephone call will not suffice to cancel an order.

All equipment sold is covered by the relevant manufacturers warranties

Receipts, bills and settlement mistakes

We will provide a receipt. and will correct any mistakes in bills,
receipts or payments as soon as possible,
and at the latest within 30 days of the agreement to do so.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

All information is collected on our secure server form which is PGP encrypted and stored in encrypted form,

so there is restricted access only for information, this will not be used for any other reason with out prior consent.

We do not pass any customer details onto third parties.

Solving Disputes

We are governed by UK (English or Scottish) law. Any disputes between you (the customer)
and We will be handled by a neutral third party, to have your complaint resolved.
The third party will look at the complaint and check to see whether We have handled it properly
and if appropriate, recommend a solution.
You are always at liberty to bring a court action should you so choose.
